– Oversee complex technical programs ensuring alignment with business objectives
– Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery
– Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
– Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and drive mitigation plans
– Apply project management methodologies and tools to track progress and outcomes
– Support process improvement initiatives to increase delivery efficiency
– Ensure clear documentation and reporting for stakeholders
– Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences
– Keep programs on track by proactively resolving issues
