ML C2C requirements
Location: Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)

Core Responsibilities
Act as a thought leader in distributed systems, cloud design patterns, platform architecture, developer experience, and emerging technologies (especially AI/ML, edge computing, automation, agentic AI).
Drive experimentation and R&D with advanced technologies: agentic AI, edge computing, serverless architectures, advanced cloud services, and automation platforms.
Lead architecture governance, technology strategy, and modernization initiatives at enterprise scale.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to define and execute AI/ML-integrated platform strategies.
Mentor teams, promote best practices, and ensure scalable, secure, high-performing solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
Strong background in architecture governance, technology governance, Agile methodology.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP), distributed systems, and MLOps.
Proven track record leading transformation/modernization at scale.
Nice-to-have: SRE practices, cybersecurity, FinOps, or hands-on AI/ML implementation.
Excellent communication and executive influence skills.
