Key Responsibilities

Ship complete features from customer problem identification to production deployment across frontend and backend.

Engage directly with customers via calls, debug issues, gather feedback, and iterate solutions.

Write robust, testable code with documentation; perform thoughtful code reviews and resolve production bugs.

Contribute to engineering culture as an early pod member, promoting high-velocity practices.

Required Skills

Full-stack expertise: React/TypeScript (frontend), NestJS/TypeScript (backend), PostgreSQL/Redis (data).

AI-native proficiency: Top-tier user of tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex for accelerated development.

Infrastructure knowledge: AWS, GitHub Actions, observability with Sentry/New Relic.

Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
