Role: SalesForce Business Analyst with Salesforce Advanced Administrator
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Role description:
Salesforce BA + Admin with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Pardot experience. Strong knowledge of consumer, retail, enterprise channel and end-customer sales. Experience in sales operations, partner management and enablement is preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience as a business analyst and Salesforce administrator leading enterprise-scale CRM/PRM projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis on Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to determine whether requirements call for configuration, customization or integration with external systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning pages and managed packages.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange and native Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Background in SDLC project management: scoping, timeline management, use-case documentation, process flows, requirements gathering, UAT and change management.
• Working knowledge of process-documentation and project-management software.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and using Salesforce data tools.
• Ability to design and implement dashboards and reports on Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
• Solid understanding of system security and controls.
• Education: BS or equivalent degree in business, computer science, engineering or related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Certifications (preferred/required): Salesforce Advanced Administrator (required), Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Agile SCRUM Master.
