Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Analytics Architect to lead enterprise analytics initiatives and drive actionable, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role requires deep expertise in Google BigQuery, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and Looker, along with strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will define analytics strategy, oversee tool implementation, manage a team of analysts, and ensure scalable, high-performance analytics architecture that supports business growth.
Technical Expertise (Mandatory)
Google BigQuery
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Looker (Dashboard development & data modeling)
Strong SQL skills
Proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytics programming languages
Experience with:
Google Tag Manager
A/B Testing tools (Optimizely or similar)
Cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS/Azure acceptable)
Big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Data Strategy & Architecture
Define and execute enterprise data analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
Design scalable analytics architecture leveraging GA4, BigQuery, and Looker.
Identify high-impact analytics initiatives that improve business performance and decision-making.
Develop roadmaps for analytics transformation and optimization.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and BI professionals.
Establish performance standards and promote best practices in analytics.
Foster a collaborative, data-driven culture across the organization.
Advanced Analytics & Insights
Perform advanced data analysis using BigQuery and SQL to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
Support executive decision-making with clear dashboards and performance reports.
Analytics Tools & Technology Oversight
Oversee implementation and optimization of:
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Google BigQuery
Looker dashboards
Ensure data pipelines and reporting systems are scalable and efficient.
Integrate Google Tag Manager and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely).
Support cloud-based data infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams to address data and reporting needs.
Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support experimentation frameworks and campaign performance analysis.
Data Governance & Compliance
Establish and enforce data governance frameworks.
Ensure data privacy and security compliance.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Experience
10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy.
Prior team leadership or management experience preferred.
Experience working in enterprise-scale analytics environments.
