Primary: Talend Data Integration, Informatica, PL SQL
Secondary: Oracle, Linux scripting
Key responsibilities:
Define migration architecture, standards, and conversion strategy for Informatica to Talend.
Analyze Informatica mappings, workflows, and dependencies; design equivalent Talend jobs/joblets.
Lead automated and manual ETL conversion, remediation, and refactoring where required.
Establish data validation, reconciliation, and audit frameworks; manage parallel runs.
Optimize Talend jobs for performance, scalability, and operational stability.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper‑care.
Act as ETL migration SME; guide developers and review deliverables.
Skills:
Strong hands‑on experience with Informatica PowerCenter / IDMC.
Strong hands‑on experience with Talend Data Integration.
Proven experience in large‑scale ETL migration or modernization programs.
Advanced SQL and data warehousing concepts.
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and performance benchmarking.
