Job Summary

Looking for a senior Business/Data Analyst with strong experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves working in a SAFe Agile environment on major system modernization and enhancement projects for Texas Medicaid applications.

The candidate will work closely with Business teams, Architecture, Project Delivery, and Application Support teams to ensure project oversight, documentation, and successful delivery of system enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications

Required

8+ years of experience analyzing business systems and user requirements.
Strong experience in Business Analysis and Data Analysis.
Experience in business process reengineering and technology solutions for business problems.
Must have

3+ years of experience working in Agile / SAFe environment.
3+ years of experience with Texas HHSC processes, Texas Medicaid, and CHIP systems.
