Must have 10+ years of Experience
Previous experience in FinTech or Banking (5 yr+) is highly preferred like handling complex workflows, Dashboards, Payment flows, data-heavy interfaces, Accessibility and compliance-heavy environments.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Figjam, Figma make and lovable is a must.
Familiarity with Jira and documentation tools is expected.
A strong portfolio demonstrating your process—from initial research and sketches to the final implementation of design systems and components.
Ability to defend design decisions to high-level stakeholders in the financial sector and collaborate closely with global engineering teams.
Ability to articulate complex concepts and workflows clearly with a demonstrated capability in delivering UX and UI prototypes for validation.
