Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of SAP Functional experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical SAP solutions. You will be the Key Point of Contact (POC) for manufacturing plants and distribution facilities, ensuring smooth SAP operations and leading system enhancements.
Core Responsibilities
Requirement Engineering: Lead the vetting and translation of complex business needs into clear technical specifications for IT teams.
Operational Support: Provide daily troubleshooting for SAP system issues across MMS (Medical Management Systems) operations, specifically for the TJ EMI Plant and Global Distribution centers.
System Enhancements: Coordinate SAP development, integration, and solution design for new business requirements.
Process Integration: Serve as the primary lead for new system developments, ensuring high urgency in error resolution and customer satisfaction.
Testing & Training: Conduct end-to-end testing for new changes and provide training to end-users on system updates.
Technical Skills & SAP Modules
The ideal candidate must have expert-level functional knowledge in:
Primary Modules: SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP MM (Materials Management), and SAP SCM (Supply Chain).
Logistics: SAP LE (Logistics Execution) for shipping and distribution.
Integration Points: Experience integrating with SAP FI (Finance), SAP PS (Project Systems/WBS), and SAP BRIM/CPQ.
Tools: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3–10+ years of SAP functional experience in a senior role.
Industry: Experience in highly regulated environments (Medical Devices, Aerospace, or Defense) is a huge plus.
Soft Skills: Strong ability to drive change in large organizations and excellent verbal/written communication.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Management.
Language: Spanish fluency is a “Nice to Have.”
