Job Description:
The GitHub Administrator will be responsible for governance, security, compliance, and automation of the GitHub Enterprise platform. The role includes enabling DevSecOps practices, ensuring audit readiness, and standardizing CI/CD processes across the enterprise SDLC.

Required Skills:
8+ years in Git-based version control administration
Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise (Cloud/Server)
Strong knowledge of RBAC, SAML/SSO, and branch protection
Experience with GitHub Actions and YAML-based workflows
CI/CD integration with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Audit logging, compliance reporting, and access reviews
Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
DevSecOps implementation in CI/CD pipelines
GitHub Advanced Security (CodeQL, Secret Scanning)

Preferred Skills:
 

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep)
Knowledge of policy-as-code
Documentation of governance standards and developer guides
Experience conducting technical enablement sessions
