1) 6+ years of full-stack software engineering experience and you can build products end-to-end (frontend + backend)
Bonus: fluency in NextJS + React + Typescript stack, comfortable making UX decisions
2) 1-2 years of proven experience building and shipping user-facing LLM products
Bonus: you have iterated on a product through evals & CI/CD
3) Senior/Tech lead experience where they’ve guided the technical decision making for an AI product
4) Strong experience at high growth SaaS startups
5) Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Bonus: also excellent at communicating with AI (prompting)
