Job Description:
The Databricks Administrator will be responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the Databricks platform to enable scalable data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML workloads. The role includes managing workspace configuration, cluster policies, user access, integrations, and platform monitoring.
Total Experience: 14+ Years
Required Skills (8+ Years):
Databricks administration in AWS environment
Cluster configuration, job scheduling, workspace management
IAM, SCIM, RBAC for access control
Apache Spark (performance tuning & troubleshooting)
Integration with cloud storage (S3, etc.)
Databricks SQL, notebooks, orchestration
Platform monitoring, security, and compliance
DevOps tools (Terraform, CI/CD)
Preferred Skills:
Unity Catalog
AI/ML & MLflow
Cost optimization
Data lake/lakehouse architecture
Python / SQL / Scala
