Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in building AI-driven agentic solutions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent workflows to support automation and decision-making while ensuring governance, security, and cost efficiency.
Key Requirements:
14+ years of overall IT experience
4+ years in AI/ML engineering or advanced data science
Strong experience in building autonomous agents & agentic workflows
Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGPT
Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure AI)
Experience integrating LLMs via APIs
Knowledge of AI governance, model lifecycle, and evaluation
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Strong understanding of AI guardrails, content filtering, and safety controls
Knowledge of data privacy (PII/PHI handling)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with multi-agent systems
Optimization of LLM cost, token usage, and performance
Familiarity with enterprise AI deployment and scalability
Important Notes:

Must have Active Texas Driver’s License & LinkedIn ID
