Title: QA Lead with Healthcare experience
Location: Remote
Job Description:
· 10+ years of experience with leading QA experience
· Selenium experience is a must
· The lead QA role is for the Customer Center workstream in the Customer Digital Experience Program
· Working knowledge and experience in API automation, good understanding of UI automation
· Experience with Database migration projects a big plus
· Good communication and collaboration skills, handling conversations with multiple stakeholders, business, vendors, dependent teams
· Owning dependent items, proactively ensuring the needs are met for QA deliverables
· Co-ordination with external vendor, leading the conversation
· Ability to support leadership needs related to status, identify and share risks, escalations
· Work management for monthly releases, handling defects, managing timelines and delivery
· Support demos to business, acceptance of stories and approvals for releases
· Good experience in end-end testing
