Job Description:
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating Agile delivery, enabling high-performing cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent application of Scrum principles and practices.

This role supports enterprise data, analytics, and modernization initiatives by fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and coach to the Product Owner, Development Team, and stakeholders by removing impediments, promoting Agile best practices, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering technology or data platforms
8+ years facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Proven ability to identify, track, and remove impediments
Coaching teams on self-organization and continuous improvement
Strong experience with Jira or Agile lifecycle tools
Reporting on velocity, sprint metrics, and delivery progress
Experience in enterprise / large-scale IT initiatives
Preferred: State/Government project experience
Preferred: Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
