EXP: 13+ Years
Required Skills:
Previous experience working with TDA systems must with Minimum 4-7 years.
Must Have Skills:
Previous experience working with TDA systems (4–7 years preferred)
Strong Business Analysis & Quality Assurance experience
Agile methodologies & user story creation
Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira
Job Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business/user requirements
Translate requirements into user stories
Perform QA validation and review acceptance criteria
Conduct manual testing and troubleshoot system issues
Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions
Identify business process improvement opportunities
Review project deliverables including test plans and risk assessments
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Texas state licensing systems
Knowledge of license lifecycle management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
