Role Overview

We are looking for an SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant with deep expertise in Variant Configuration (VC). This role focuses on translating complex product requirements into executable manufacturing plans, utilizing Super BOMs and Routings to drive production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

·       Production Planning: Configure and optimize Demand Management, MRP, and Shop Floor Control processes.

·       Technical VC: Build and maintain high-level dependencies, constraints, and procedures to automate BOM and Routing selection.

·       Master Data: Design and manage Super BOMs, Super Routings, and Work Centers for configurable materials.

· Integration: Ensure tight integration between PP, MM, and VC to support Make-to-Order (MTO) and Assemble-to-Order (ATO) scenarios.

Required Skills

·       Core PP: Strong functional background in SAP Production Planning and Execution.

·       VC Expertise: Mandatory experience in Variant Configuration specifically applied to manufacturing master data.

·       Technical Acumen: Ability to troubleshoot complex configuration errors and optimize production workflows.
