SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Architect

We are currently hiring for a SAP SuccessFactors / HCM Architect role based in Midtown Atlanta, GA. This is a 12-month contract with high potential for extension. Please note that this is a strictly local position requiring 3 days onsite per week.

Role Overview:

Hands-on architect role (not project management)
Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Payroll, Talent modules)
Strong integration skills (CPI, APIs, Integration Center)
Experience consolidating multiple Employee Central environments (EC-to-EC convergence)
Secure HCM integrations, RBP frameworks, GDPR/SOX compliance
SAP S/4HANA Payroll & payroll-to-FI integration
Required Skills:

6+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
Strong HR data models, roles, permissions, compliance knowledge
Experience in complex, regulated enterprise environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:

Experience in enterprise-level environments
Master’s degree or relevant certifications
📍 Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week) 📅 Duration: 12 months contract (extendable)
