Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead role.
• Strong hands on and leadership experience with Contact Center technologies, such as:
· Amazon Connect, Genesys, Five9, NICE CXone, Cisco Contact Center (or similar)
• Experience leading teams delivering IVR, omnichannel (voice, chat, email), call routing, CTI, and reporting solutions.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern integration patterns (APIs, event driven architectures).
• Experience working in the Healthcare domain, supporting payer, provider, or healthcare services organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience supporting member or patient contact centers in healthcare.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud is a plus).
• Experience with data analytics and reporting for contact center operations.
• Exposure to regulatory audits, security reviews, and compliance initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
