Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor the development team in designing and implementing scalable applications.
* Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Azure cloud services.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and project deliverables.
* Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical planning.
* Ensure best practices for coding, security, performance, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments in Azure environments.
* Coordinate with stakeholders and client teams for successful project execution.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET/.NET Core.
* Expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based application development.
* Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and SQL databases.
* Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
* Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Prior experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead role.
