Required:
State / Federal Health client experinced profiles only
Experience with Medicaid Claims Processing
Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework
Certifications::
CBAP, PMI-PBA or related credential.
Required Skills:
Medicaid Claims Processing experience
Texas Project Delivery Framework experience
Azure DevOps and wireframe generation
Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong BA documentation and analytical skills
Experience in user requirements analysis, process improvement, cost/benefit analysis, and reporting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of IT architecture, emerging technologies, data integrity, and SDLC processes
Preferred:
Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework
Familiarity with information architecture and software infrastructure components
