IAM / Security Architect (PBAC / ReBAC Architect)

🚨 Hiring: IAM / Security Architect (PBAC / ReBAC Architect) 🚨

📍 Location: 100% Remote (EST Hours) USA candidates only

We are looking for a highly experienced IAM/Security Architect to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation from Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC) and Relationship-Based Access Control (ReBAC).

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Define enterprise-wide PBAC/ReBAC strategy and architecture
✅ Evaluate authorization frameworks including Styra DAS, Enterprise OPA, OpenFGA/Zanzibar, AWS Cedar, Axiomatics ALFA, and Ping Authorize (XACML)
✅ Analyze existing IAM, authorization models, role hierarchies, and cloud access controls
✅ Lead architecture reviews, stakeholder workshops, and executive presentations
✅ Drive POCs, solution selection, migration planning, and implementation roadmaps
✅ Collaborate with engineering, security, and offshore teams

Required Skills:
✔ Strong expertise in PBAC and ReBAC architectures
✔ Hands-on experience with OPA, Styra DAS, OpenFGA, AWS Cedar, Ping Authorize, or Axiomatics
✔ Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT, JWKS, SCIM, and FAPI 2.0
✔ IAM/IGA experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta IGA, ForgeRock, RadiantLogic, or ISVG
✔ Cloud security and IAM integration experience across AWS, Azure, and GCP
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred:
⭐ EduTech domain experience
⭐ PBAC/IAM platform certifications
⭐ Experience with SOX, GDPR, GLBA, and FAPI 2.0 compliance
⭐ Cloud data platform authorization experience (Lake Formation, BigQuery, Synapse)
