Must Have:

M365 Tenant Administration
Experience administering M365 environments in a large organization.
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, and OneDrive.
Experience implementing governance and compliance policies in a public sector or regulated environment.
 

Job Description:
The Microsoft 365 system analyst will provide technical assistance for Microsoft 365 services like Exchange, OneDrive, Purview, Viva, Loop, etc. focusing on user support, troubleshooting connectivity/performance issues, managing security/compliance (Entra ID/Azure AD), and ensuring high availability through proactive monitoring and documentation, ServiceNow (ITIL) knowledge and potentially On-Call rotation.

7+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in large organizations
Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration
Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
PowerShell Scripting
Power Apps and Power Automate
Microsoft Purview, Viva, and Loop
Governance, Security, and Compliance Management
M365 Performance and Connectivity Troubleshooting
ServiceNow and ITIL experience
Technical Documentation and End-User Support
Job Responsibilities
Provide support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, OneDrive, Purview, Viva, Loop, and Teams
Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and user-related issues
Manage M365 security policies and compliance requirements
Analyze usage, audit, and performance reports
Administer M365 tenant environments and maintain documentation
Implement automation solutions using PowerShell
Collaborate with business units to improve productivity and service delivery
Participate in M365-related projects and initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAM tools (Snow, Flexera, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure licensing models
Experience with compliance frameworks and audit processes
Public Sector or Regulated Industry experience
