Required Experience:
8+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) engineering experience
IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting
Application onboarding and integration with IAM systems
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) design and implementation
Separation of Duties (SoD) and certification campaigns
Centralized Identity Provider (IdP) management
Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and federation protocols (SAML 2.0 / OIDC)
Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows
REST API integration
Privileged Access Management (PAM), secure credential vaulting, automated password rotation, and Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning
Performance tuning, troubleshooting, provisioning support, and enterprise application onboarding
Preferred:
Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation and operations
