PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
 Job Description:
The resource will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating project activities, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams. This role ensures successful delivery of projects by maintaining alignment with the client objectives, governance standards, and established project management methodologies. 
Required Experience
8+ years of Project Management experience
Managing large-scale IT or business transformation projects
Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
Stakeholder management and executive-level communication
Risk management, issue tracking, and change control
Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools
Governance, compliance, and procurement experience
Preferred Skills
Experience in Texas State Government or Public Sector environments
Public Safety or Law Enforcement project experience
FAST/DIR procurement framework experience
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
Experience managing IT system implementations, enterprise applications, or data systems
