Required Skills:
8+ years of Databricks experience
Strong Apache Spark and ETL/ELT pipeline development
Data warehousing and dimensional modeling – Star/Snowflake schemas
Strong SQL and Python or Scala
Databricks SQL Dashboards and Databricks Apps
Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines / Delta Live Tables (DLT)
Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture
Medallion Architecture – Bronze, Silver & Gold layers
Lakeflow Jobs / Databricks Workflows or similar orchestration tools
Data governance, data quality, and data security
Excellent communication skills
Must Have

State government / public sector experience
Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate/Professional
CI/CD, DevOps, and Git-based workflows
