Mandatory Skills:
8+ years of IT experience supporting technology solutions
8+ years of Business Analysis & Data Analysis
8+ years of Integrated Eligibility Systems experience, including full SDLC
Strong experience conducting JAD Sessions
Requirements elicitation & documentation
Business process analysis and documentation
Strong SQL with complex queries & joins
Data quality analysis and validation
Dashboard design
Measures, metrics & KPI development
Ability to translate business requirements and data findings into actionable insights
Strong experience across requirements through implementation
Preferred:
Experience with Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS)
