Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Java applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and AWS, along with proven technical leadership experience.
Required Skills
10+ years of Java backend development experience
Strong expertise in Java 17 and Spring Boot
Experience building RESTful APIs and Microservices
Hands-on AWS experience (IAM, DynamoDB, Kinesis, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, KMS)
Strong SQL and database knowledge
Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience designing scalable, highly available enterprise applications
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading distributed development teams
Strong understanding of software architecture and cloud-native applications
Experience working in Agile environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
