Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow Asset Management (HAM/SAM experience is a plus).
Solid understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concepts and implementation.
Hands-on experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow Discovery.
Experience with CMDB data governance, CI relationships, reconciliation, and data quality.
Ability to troubleshoot Discovery issues and maintain accurate CMDB data.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and platform administration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and ITSM modules is a plus.
ServiceNow certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments.
