Ecommerce Solution Architect

W2 Contract (Rosemount, IL)

Lead Solution Architect (MarTech / eCommerce / Promotions)
• Strong experience in MarTech, Digital Commerce, Promotions, and Personalization platforms.
• Ability to connect business requirements across multiple systems and define an end-to-end solution architecture.
• Deep understanding of customer, product, pricing, and promotion data models.
• Hands-on experience integrating platforms such as eCommerce, CRM, CDP/Data Cloud, Marketing Automation, CMS, ERP, and Order Management systems.
• Experience with promotion engines and trade promotion platforms (e.g., Salesforce Promotions, Vistex, Blue Yonder, Adobe, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of personalization, customer segmentation, offers, and campaign orchestration.
• Ability to evaluate platform options and provide recommendations based on business fit, scalability, integration complexity, and cost.
• Experience designing API-first, cloud-native architectures and complex enterprise integrations.
