Must Have
Education domain experience preferred
Minimum 8 Years of State-funded / Public Sector Budget Management experience must
TEA state client experience is highly preferred
Certifications
Required skills:
8+ years of direct Project Management experience
8+ years managing state-funded/public-sector budgets
8+ years of Scrum/Agile methodology and Project Management Life Cycle
6+ years working with software application development teams
6+ years of hands-on Jira experience
Role Responsibilities:
Lead Agile software development teams through the complete SDLC
Manage project processes, deliverables, risks, issues, and quality
Drive stakeholder communication and satisfaction
Lead project planning, execution, and continuous improvement
Develop and communicate application/technology roadmaps
Support Texas education-related applications and statewide initiatives
