Role Overview
Minimum Experience
9+ years software development experience
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Design and implement complex cloud-native features and services on AWS; uphold code quality through reviews, testing and best practices; mentor developers and contribute to technical decisions; build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated tests; leverage AI-assisted development toolsacross the SDLC; troubleshoot, optimize and harden production services; collaborate with architects and BAs to refine and deliver stories
Required Qualifications
9+ years software development experience;
strong hands-on experience with cloud-native development on AWS;
proficiency with modern languages/frameworks and CI/CD;
experience with automated testing and secure coding;
strong communication/presentation skills
ability to prioritize and self-start; adaptability/flexibility and collaboration;
U.S. Citizen only
ability to satisfy required background/clearance requirements
Must clear the Code test
Certifications :
AWS certification; serverless/event-driven development experience; Federal IT experience; AI-assisted developer tooling
Developer skills & Requirements:
we are not limiting the search specifically to Python/React.js or Java Full Stack Developers.
Strong hands-on software/full stack developers with 6+ years of experience who have experience with modern languages and frameworks and are comfortable working in a cloud-native AWS environment.
Python, React.js, and Java are all relevant and valuable,
The most important areas are:
6+ years of hands-on software development experience
Modern languages/frameworks and version control
AWS/cloud-native experience or strong AWS familiarity
CI/CD
Unit and integration testing and code reviews
Secure coding and defect resolution
AI-assisted development tooling, with the ability to independently review and validate AI-generated code
Ability to meet the required hybrid schedule
Looking for the strongest developers who meet the overall technical requirements, whether their background is primarily Python/React.js, Java/full stack, or another comparable modern development stack.
