💼 Role: Senior Lead – Master Data & Integrations

We are seeking an experienced WME Master Data & Data Integrations Lead to drive enterprise data governance, integration strategy, and master data management initiatives. This role will ensure seamless data flow across systems, enabling accurate reporting, compliance, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Master Data Management (MDM) strategy and governance across WME platforms.
Design and implement data integration frameworks ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align data models with business requirements.
Oversee ETL processes, APIs, and middleware integrations for enterprise applications.
Deliver actionable insights through data quality monitoring and reporting.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in data management, integration, and governance.
Strong expertise in WME Master Data, SAP, ETL tools, APIs, and cloud integrations.
Proven track record in data quality, compliance, and enterprise data architecture.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

✨ Preferred: Experience in pharma/life sciences domain, cloud‑based integration platforms, and advanced analytics.
