NOTE: Candidate must be in the Austin area as we are required to go into the office 4-5 times a week – no exceptions.
Job Description:
 – Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft 365 Copilot, including incident resolution, issue troubleshooting, and user assistance.
– Support configuration and administration activities within the Microsoft 365 environment in coordination with platform administrators.
– Develop and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and operational procedures.
– Evaluate and test new Copilot capabilities, releases, and Microsoft roadmap enhancements; provide recommendations for implementation and support readiness.

Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

– Understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio capabilities, licensing, governance, and security concepts.
– Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and end-user technologies.
– Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
– Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI principles, data protection, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Experience developing training materials and delivering technical training to diverse audiences
