4–7 years of experience in the field or related area
Experience understanding business objectives/problems and identifying alternative solutions
Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and problems
Experience automating processing and/or improving existing computer systems
Experience writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop/modify programs
Experience performing cost/benefit analysis of systems and alternatives
Experience analyzing and documenting input/output requirements and reporting formats
Strong logic and analytical ability
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Knowledge of IT industry trends, directions, and emerging technologies
Knowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure, information, applications, and organizational structure
