Required Skills:
Previous experiences with Texas HHSC Must
Active PMP Certification
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
• Previous Texas HHSC / Texas HHS experience – MUST
• Active PMP Certification – MUST
• 8+ years IT Project Management experience with PMP certification
• Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe
• Project budget preparation and management
• Management of technical software development staff
• Management of customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams
• Business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation
• Healthcare Insurance Systems experience similar to CMBHS
• Azure DevOps experience
• Management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Experience with PPM systems
• Strong project planning, budgeting, oversight and documentation skills

PREFERRED
• Preparation of formal Business Case and Project Charter
• Scrum Master certification
