Job Description:
The Software Developer III will manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem throughout the contract. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a centralized identity provider framework using SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA, developing lifecycle workflows, onboarding applications via REST APIs, and establishing Role-Based Access Control. The role involves integrating IAM solutions across platforms, supporting IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Services, and collaborating with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices. Regularly assess IAM technologies, maintain technical documentation, and provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases.

Required Skills:

8+ years IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation & scripting
8+ years application onboarding and integration with IAM systems
5+ years RBAC, Separation of Duties & certification campaigns
5+ years centralized Identity Provider, SSO & MFA
3+ years SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
3+ years SailPoint user access reviews
3+ years SailPoint application integration
3+ years Privileged Access Management
3+ years PowerShell & Python for user provisioning/reporting
State Government agency experience preferred
