REQUIRED SKILLS
Tableau Cloud administration and support
Tableau Cloud sites, projects, users, groups, permissions and security
Tableau platform monitoring, extract refreshes, subscriptions and scheduled jobs
Tableau troubleshooting, connectivity and performance
Enterprise reporting and analytics platforms
Strong SQL / T-SQL
Azure SQL Database
Salesforce objects, fields, relationships and reporting
Salesforce user management, roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing rules
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Dashboard development and support
Incident management and troubleshooting
Technical documentation and SDLC experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer Tableau Cloud across Dev, Test and Production environments
Deploy and promote reports between environments
Support report developers, analysts and business users
Troubleshoot Azure SQL Database and reporting issues
Monitor database connectivity, query performance and data refreshes
Support Azure Data Factory pipelines loading Salesforce and other source data into Azure SQL
Troubleshoot data-load failures and data-quality issues
Support MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments and integrations
Identify root causes of integration and reporting issues
Collaborate with development and integration teams during incidents and deployments
Work with Salesforce Architects on best practices
Provide guidance and training to team members
