Seeking an experienced AI Audit & Regulatory Analyst to support AI governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and audit initiatives within the banking and financial services industry. The candidate should have experience assessing AI/ML models, evaluating regulatory requirements, and ensuring responsible AI practices across enterprise systems.

Required Skills:

Experience in AI Governance, AI Audit, or Regulatory Compliance.
Knowledge of AI/ML Models and Model Risk Management (MRM).
Understanding of Banking Regulations and Financial Services Compliance.
Experience with Risk Assessments, Internal Controls, and Audit Frameworks.
Knowledge of NIST AI RMF, SR 11-7, OCC, and Federal Reserve Guidelines.
Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:

Banking / Financial Services experience.
Model Risk Management (MRM).
Responsible AI, Explainable AI (XAI), and AI Ethics.
Familiarity with Python, SQL, and AI/ML Platforms.
Regulatory Audits and Compliance Assessments.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audits and assessments of AI/ML models and applications.
Evaluate AI governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Review AI models for accuracy, fairness, transparency, and explainability.
Assess compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
Identify AI-related risks, control gaps, and compliance issues.
Prepare audit documentation, reports, and remediation plans.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Data Science, and IT teams.
Monitor AI model performance and maintain governance documentation.
