Job Summary:
- We are seeking a meticulous AI Chatbot Tester for a consulting engagement. You will be responsible for rigorously testing our AI-powered chatbot to identify potential issues, ensure a smooth user experience, and contribute to improving its accuracy and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases to evaluate chatbot functionality across various scenarios.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and troubleshoot NLP-related errors and unexpected responses.
- Devise creative test scenarios to identify potential edge cases and breaking points in the chatbot’s logic.
- Accurately document and track bugs, working with the development team to resolve issues.
- Stay updated on best practices and trends in AI chatbot testing.
Qualifications:
- Five years of software testing experience, preferably with AI/NLP concepts.
- Proficiency in test case development and execution.
- Understanding of natural language processing concepts and how they apply to chatbot interactions.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset, with a knack for finding hidden flaws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with chatbot-specific testing tools.
- Hands-on Scripting Experience with Python programming language
- Experience in Agile development environments.
