Application/ Production Support – New York, NY (Locals Only)

The core responsibilities of this team include:
Production Management, Root Cause analysis and resolution in line with SRE principles, SDLC and Change Management rules.
3rd party software maintenance, entitlements management, integration testing, and deployment
Resilience and DR testing: Developing and enforcing infrastructure best practices for 3rd party and internally developed applications
Plant Hygiene and management for different BUs

QUALIFICATIONS :
3+ years of Enterprise Level Experience in Large Distributed Environment.
In Depth Experience with Linux System Administration preferably Red Hat.
Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP, Experience with networking and security concepts, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with monitoring tools and solutions.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a highly visible faced paced enterprise environment.
Ability to work with a global team.
An understanding of Problem and Change Management Practices.
An understanding of SLA, Metrics, and Alerts.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to write technical documentation and teach team members. Addons

Experience automating workflow.
