AVEVA Solution Lead

We are looking for an experienced AVEVA Solution Lead to drive digital manufacturing transformation programs focused on Industrial IoT and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of AVEVA-based MES solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading customer engagements globally.

You will play a critical role in solution design, system integration, project execution, and team coordination — leveraging your expertise in AVEVA platforms, industrial automation, and manufacturing standards such as ISA-88/95.

• Lead the design and architecture of MES and AVEVA-based industrial IoT solutions.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Ensure integration across ERP, PLM, plant systems, and enterprise data sources.

?? Program & Project Management

• Oversee full project lifecycle – planning, execution, governance, risk, and issue management.

• Develop and manage project schedules and deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, operations, and customer stakeholders.

• Facilitate alignment across multiple product teams and manage interdependencies.

?? Customer Engagement & Delivery

• Lead technical discussions with customers to gather and define requirements.

• Document functional and technical specifications.

• Assist in site-specific implementations, upgrades, and expansions.

• Provide technical support during commissioning and troubleshoot complex system issues.

?? Agile/Lean Delivery

• Apply Agile/Lean principles to streamline software and solution delivery.

• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery cadence.

• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of DevOps/Agile practices.

?? Team Coordination & Governance

• Lead coordination meetings between technical leads, ensuring clarity of goals, milestones, and risks.

• Manage stakeholder communication across senior leadership and delivery teams.

• Drive standardization and rollout of best practices and new procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• 8–10 years of experience in MES, industrial automation, or digital manufacturing.

• Proven expertise with AVEVA platforms (e.g., System Platform, Historian, MES Operations/Performance).

• Deep understanding of production, quality, inventory, and performance management systems.

• Experience with ISA-88 and ISA-95 manufacturing standards.

• Strong background in project governance, stakeholder management, and cross-team leadership.

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean software development methodologies.

• Willingness to travel for customer site engagements (domestic and international).
