Requested Qualification:
** 84 months of experience in performing requirements elicitation and business analysis, producing written documentation of requirements; system design and implementation
** 48 months of experience in Agile development environment working with stakeholders across different levels of the organization
** 84 months of experience using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g., business process flows, fit-gap analyses, or functional designs) to design solutions to improve the
efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes
** 84 months of experience developing test scenarios, scripts, and data; reviewing test results; and assessing the implementation of appropriate solutions to ensure they perform
to the required specifications and achieve the design capabilities
** 84 months of experience describing in a comprehensive written document (e.g., business case, fit-gap analysis document, or functional specification) what the system, process, or
product/service must do to fulfill the business requirement(s)
** 48 months of experience working on a large scale IT modernization project
** 36 months of experience using HP/ALM or a similar quality assurance tool
** 36 months of experience working in a public sector environment
** 24 months of participating in user experience elicitation and design exercises
