Education:
• Undergraduate degree in finance, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:
• At least 5 years of business analysis and/or system development experience.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with Investortools Perform in a financial or asset management environment.

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications:
• Experience in fixed-income asset management.
• Familiarity with portfolio management systems, trade allocation, performance attribution, and trade messaging.
• Experience in compliance rules development within financial platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Investortools Perform platform within the team.
• Analyze and document current and future state workflows for processes related to fixed-income asset management.
• Define business requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with best business practices.
• Collaborate with Investortools to address production issues and submit enhancement requests.
• Assist with the preparation, coordination, and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and test custom reports in collaboration with the team.
• Build and test compliance rules for asset management processes within Investortools Perform
