Qualifications:
• We are primarily looking for a strong Utility Industry Business Analyst with prior work experience in a Gas & Electric Transmission and Distribution utility in the Energy Efficiency and CIS areas
• Proven experience in strategic business analysis roles
• Proficiency in stakeholder identification and management
• Extensive knowledge of business concepts
• Experience in working with external vendor resources
• Strong meeting facilitation skills
• Knowledge of organizational structure, processes, and technology
• Skills in promoting the benefits of business case development to stakeholders
• Leadership experience, including the ability to manage team dynamics and address conflicts
• Understanding of factors that contribute to successful team functioning
