We need profiles for a Strong BA, with Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience( 7-8 years overall experience).

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Business Analyst (BA) with deep domain knowledge in CRM systems—specifically Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365—to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, driving the successful migration from Salesforce to Dynamics CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Lead workshops and requirement elicitation sessions with business users and IT teams.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct gap analysis between Salesforce and MS Dynamics CRM capabilities.
• Assist in data mapping, transformation logic, and interface requirements.
• Validate end-to-end functionality through UAT, system demos, and stakeholder sign-off.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in CRM best practices, user adoption strategies, and post-implementation optimization.
• Partner with Change Management and Training teams to enable smooth transition and user onboarding.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7–8 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3–4 years in CRM business analysis.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms.
• Proven track record in CRM migration/implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Service modules in both CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have:

• CRM certification (Salesforce Admin, Dynamics Functional Consultant, etc.)
• Familiarity with integration patterns, middleware, and data governance practices.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
