Support for Senior BSA. Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Senior Business Systems Analyst. Serve as the primary point of contact when the senior analyst is out of the office, ensuring continuity in the project work and communications. Documentation and Requirements Management, Assist in creating, maintaining, and refining epics, user stories, techno functional user stories, and NFRs, requirements, and other project documentation based on meeting discussions.
