Job Role and Responsibilities:
Minimum 8 years of experience in project or program management with a focus on Salesforce implementations and system integrations
Lead and manage Salesforce projects and programs from initiation through delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate closely with Product Owners stakeholders and cross functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables
Apply Agile methodologies to plan execute and track project progress facilitating sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
Oversee Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations customizations and integrations with internal and third-party systems
Identify risks dependencies and issues proactively providing solutions to ensure timely project delivery
Drive continuous improvement initiatives process optimization and best practices in project management
Provide clear reporting and updates to executive leadership on project status budget and resource allocation
