Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience in ecommerce program management
- Prior experience in managing Healthcare programs
- Experience in Client – Clinical practice guidelines
- Prior experience in both B2B and B2C
- Communicate and coordinate activities with business teams, IT/systems organizations, and other groups involved in a project
- Able to quickly learn multiple business processes and systems
- Help schedule and prioritize routine maintenance requests across all ecommerce systems
- Interface between brand/business teams and development resources to identify, define and document the project lifecycle
- Perform risk assessments, and identify and evaluate alternative solutions
- Responsible for overall delivery of solutions into production e-commerce environment
- Lead cross-functional team of analysts, developers, testers to deliver solutions
- Find consensus among various diverse groups to ensure a 360 implementation to projects/releases
- Interface with potential and existing vendors to incorporate tasks/integrations needed for projects and releases
- Assist in coordination of the acceptance testing effort
