Position: Tibco Infra Admin

Location: Waukegan, IL (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term

Roles Responsibilities:

·         Minimum 10 + years of overall IT experience as TIBCO BW Admin

·         TIBCO Admin – TIBCO BW Administration.

·         Application optimization and performance tuning

·         DevOps support Application implementation/Deployment

·         Configuration of the jobs/modules for the application and infrastructure management.

·         Capacity/System Management Capacity planning/ sizing involves F/S spaces, storage.

·         Working on both On-prem and Cloud Servers

·         Working with networking team to open firewalls

·         Communicating / Coordinating with the application developers as needed to address the application product related issues

·         Communicating with application/data stakeholders for the application outages

·         Problem Management Research RCA and participate on the analysis sessions.

·         Implement the CI/CD pipeline for the automated deployments

·         Patching/Application upgrade Install the new application / patch the existing one.

·         Manage the application job scheduling, environment provisioning, decommissioning of old tools/Servers, provide access rights

·         Implement the BCP and Disaster Recovery Plan

·         Should have good communication skills, single point of contact to client for TIBCO infrastructure discussions

·         Should be located at client place and no remote option.

Tibco environment design for both A/A and Active swappable – PROD and Non Prod.

•         Identify Dependencies -Build cluster package-Install Tibco Software on Unix Cluster environment.

•         Write Test cases for failover and fail back.

·         Create test cases

·         Execute test cases

•         Build Tibco maintenance scripts and Tibco application Monitoring

•         Pre requisites OS maintenance ( like doing OS patches)

•         Tibco Environment system test

·         Create and load data

•         Provide guide lines for Tibco best practices – Hardware level(with/without VM,Clustor),performance tuning, standards

•         Data center migration pre requisites

•         Provide guide lines for Tibco DR test

Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term

 Job Description / Responsibilities:

WebMethods development experience using
– Software Integration Server, Designer, Universal messaging,MWS, TN
· At least 1 RDBMS system (Oracle or SQL Server).
· Familiarity with SOAPUI, Kibana
· Ability to work with various non-technical / technical teams to understand and document Integration specific requirements.
· Create high level/ detailed design documents specific to WebMethods portion of work.
· Ability to present designs in technical meetings. 

Good to have –

· APIGEE/Java/Kafka knowledge is a plus.

· Knowledge on WM integration with mainframe/salesforce/google cloud is a plus.
